<\/a><\/p>\nNow some of you may say: phew! What’s the big deal? It’s been built in the seventeenth century. It’s not THAT old. That may be true when you apply european standards. However, keep in mind that this is a normal house and not a church, castle or similar structure. And the current owners still sleep here during the weekends. They don’t want the place to become abandoned. Oldest or not more than 300 years is still impressive.<\/p>\n
The house has a nice garden too<\/p>\n Elements from different religions \/ beliefs are present in the house.<\/p>\n In case you were wondering: the property is not for sale. But you can always stop by and have a look around (after paying 100 PHP entrance fee).<\/p>\n Incidentally, the house is located few steps from the Heritage of Cebu monument.<\/p>\n Now let us finally have a look at the city from the vista point nearby.<\/p>\n The greek goddess got in the shot… Or was it just the goddess’s servant? Or maybe she is Roman and not Greek? I kindly asked her to move a little bit (you don’t want to anger the goddess).
