Ok, we’re in an archipelago. We should see other islands too..<\/p>\n

So next stop on the mission of getting out of the city is Bohol. This is an island located just east of Cebu. There are multiple ferry connections between the port of Cebu and towns on Bohol. Watch out for announcements while waiting for the ferry. Otherwise you may miss it by split second…<\/p>\n

Nope, it’s gone. Along with the luggage.<\/p>\n

Luckily, as I said, there are many scheduled ferries. So hop on the next one and two hours later we are in Tagbilaran – a town in the south west corner of Bohol.<\/p>\n

Ok, now to find my luggage. It’s super easy because it has been labelled the same way as they do label it on the plane. So now ready to see some interior of the island.<\/p>\n

Let’s start with the world-famous beast know as the tarsier. There is a Philippine tarsier sanctuary located a stone’s throw from Tagbilaran.<\/p>\n
